Devices can be connected via IP or DNS with port forwarding, or directly via P2P, without the need to modify the customer’s router, reducing installation time and removing technical barriers during deployment.
Devices maintain periodic time synchronisation, ensuring complete consistency between events, alarms and recordings. From the ARC environment, it is possible to access live viewing of individual cameras or cameras integrated into recorders, as well as record, capture images and manage video without additional tools.
The integration also enables the generation of installation certificates with captures from all cameras, providing clear and professional documentation quickly. Searching, playback and downloading of recordings is carried out directly, without complex processes.
At an operational level, the ARC receives and forwards technical events such as disk failures, disconnections, reconnections or masking attempts. IVS events such as line crossing, area intrusion or loitering are also received directly, with automatic transmission of pre alarm and alarm video from VESTA Advanced devices.
When the integration is combined with VESTA intrusion panels, the system automatically downloads the video from the camera associated with the triggered zone, providing immediate context and accelerating alarm verification.
