The latest version of firmware 33G is now available for VESTA control panels. This update introduces a range of improvements designed to enhance the experience for both installers and end-users. Our goal is to provide solutions that reduce installation times, minimise errors and operational costs, and improve the comfort and security of managing all VESTA systems.
1. New design of device icons
Devices now have feature realistic illustrations, improving the visual representation and understanding of the system.
- For end-users: Clearer and more organised information for each device.
- For installers: Less time needed to explain devices to customers.

2. Device status page
Easily access the current status of devices, such as signal strength, battery levels, faults, or bypass, from multiple sections of the system.
- For end-users: Easier and centralised control of their system.
- For installers: Faster diagnostics with all the information in one place.

3. Mode change across multiple areas simultaneously
You can now quickly and efficiently change the mode of multiple areas at once.

How to enable multi-area mode?

- Note: Once multi-area mode is activated, all system components (APP, keypads, etc.) will automatically adjust.
4. Configuration assistant for installers (WIZARD)
The new step-by-step assistant allows you to configure the system intuitively, eliminating the need for manuals. This improvement simplifies the work of technicians, reduces the learning curve, and enables companies to deploy the VESTA system immediately.

5. New silent entry delay option
Configure zones with a silent entry delay, ideal for sensitive areas such as bedrooms or offices.

6. Improvements to translations and time zones
Translations and time zone settings have been optimised to better meet local needs.

7. Increased capacity for IP cameras
You can now integrate up to 24 IP cameras per panel, making it a perfect solution for large-scale projects.
8. Expansion of PIRCAMS BUS limit
The limit of PIRCAMS BMAX BUS has been increased from 16 to 30 per panel. Additionally, up to 46 PIRCAMS can be added by combining BUS and F1/SF1.
9. Customised notification control
Installers can configure the notifications received by users, tailoring them to their preferences within the account section.

10. New Crash Alert feature
This new system detects sabotage attempts on the control panel during the entry delay. If the panel is not disarmed or the alarm is not activated, an alert is sent immediately to the ARC.
11. Automatic equipment assignment
Panels registered by a company can now be automatically assigned to other technicians, streamlining work distribution for large teams.
- Note: This functionality is managed via the backend.

12. Optimisation of integrations with VESTA HOME and Dahua Technology cameras
Camera search on the network is now faster, even in environments with complex networks. This ensures efficient local network detection, reducing configuration times and simplifying installation.
13. Improved installer contact information
Users can now easily and clearly access the contact details of the installation company.

14. Suggestion feature
A suggestion button has been added to allow users to send feedback directly. These requests are automatically prioritised based on their frequency and evaluated for potential future implementation.
- How it works:
- The user submits a request.
- The request is received and automatically categorised.
- If implemented, the user is notified via email.
